Why your own e-commerce site matters

Marketplaces are a good way to start selling, but the customer belongs to the platform, not to you: a commission is taken from every sale, price competition is fierce and there is very little room to tell your brand's story. Your own e-commerce site is the store where you build a direct relationship with customers and set the rules yourself.

We don't build an e-commerce site as just a showcase that lists products, but as a system that carries the daily flow of your business. Product and category management, stock, cart, customer accounts, payments, order tracking, shipping and returns all work within one structure. You manage all of it from an admin panel built just for you.

Instead of the monthly fees and limits of off-the-shelf e-commerce packages, you get an infrastructure shaped around your business that can be handed over to you if you wish. We can also add flows such as custom gift box orders or a corporate sales channel that a boutique brand may need.

What does an e-commerce website include?

  • Product and category management

Unlimited products, multi-level categories, variants (size, color, weight), product images and descriptions.

  • Cart and checkout

Card payments through virtual POS providers such as iyzico, installment options and a secure checkout page.

  • Order and stock tracking

Order status, automatic stock deduction, order notifications and update emails sent to customers.

  • Customer accounts

Sign-in, address book, order history and order tracking. Guest checkout is also possible.

  • Campaigns and discounts

Sales tools such as discount codes, promotional products and free-shipping thresholds.

  • Legal pages

Distance sales agreement, preliminary information form, return and shipping terms, KVKK privacy notice and cookie notice.

  • Admin panel

Products, orders, customers, campaigns and site content are all managed from a single panel.

  • SEO and speed

Search-friendly page structure for every product and category, structured data and fast loading.

Who is it for?

For businesses that want to sell their products online under their own brand:

  • Boutique brands

Businesses selling handmade, limited-run or gift products that want to tell their brand's story.

  • Retailers with physical stores

Businesses that want to open an online sales channel alongside their physical store.

  • Manufacturers

Manufacturers that want to sell directly to end customers without dealer or marketplace commissions.

  • B2B sellers

Businesses that, alongside retail sales, need bulk ordering or a quote flow for companies.

How is an e-commerce website built?

  1. Discovery

We talk about your product structure, sales channels, and shipping and return processes. We clarify the scope and timeline and give you a fixed price.

  2. Payment and legal preparation

We list what you need to do for the virtual POS application and legal texts, and we support you through the application process.

  3. Design

We prepare the design of the home, category, product, cart and checkout pages for your approval.

  4. Development

We code the store and the admin panel and connect the payment infrastructure. We place test orders with a real card.

  5. Product entry and launch

We help with entering products into the panel, take the site live and submit it to Google. We show you how to use the panel.

  6. Growth and support

After launch we fix any bugs that may come up and suggest new features and strategies based on your sales data.

What determines e-commerce website pricing?

The cost of an e-commerce site depends on your product structure and sales processes. Once the scope is clear, we give you a fixed price; we don't charge monthly fees or commission on sales. These are the main factors that determine the price:

  • Product structure

Special flows such as product variants, personalization, or bundle and box building.

  • Payment options

Card payments, bank transfer, cash on delivery and installment rules.

  • Integrations

Connections to shipping carriers, accounting, e-invoicing or marketplaces.

  • B2B sales

Company-specific pricing, bulk orders or a quote flow.

  • Language and currency

Additional languages and currencies for selling abroad.

  • Product entry

Bulk import of products into the panel and content support.

E-commerce website FAQ

How long does it take to build an e-commerce website?
3–5 weeks on average. The product structure, integrations and the approval time of the virtual POS application determine the timeline. Once the scope is clear, we give you a firm date.
Which payment providers do you work with?
We integrate virtual POS providers widely used in Turkey, such as iyzico. If you'd like to use your bank's own virtual POS, we can connect that too.
Do I need a company to open an online store?
To get a virtual POS and issue invoices, you usually need a sole proprietorship or a limited company. We go over the required documents and steps with you in the discovery call.
Will I pay you a commission on my sales?
No. We don't take a commission on sales made through your site; we deliver the store at a fixed price based on an agreed scope. What you pay us doesn't change as your sales grow. The payment provider's transaction fees, hosting and domain fees are separate costs.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. You manage products, categories, stock, campaigns and orders yourself from the admin panel. We also help with the initial bulk import of products.
I also sell on marketplaces. Can the site be integrated?
Depending on your needs, we can build integrations that sync stock and order data with marketplaces. We assess the scope together in the discovery call.
Do you prepare the distance sales agreement and KVKK texts?
We set up the required legal pages on the site and provide drafts of the texts. We recommend having the final versions reviewed by a lawyer for your business.
