When there's no ready-made solution

At some point, every business has a need that off-the-shelf software doesn't cover: website orders flowing into accounting on their own, data that's copied by hand between two systems moving automatically, a PDF report being read and cross-checked, or a task your team repeats every day coming down to a single click.

For jobs like these, we develop software tailored to the need. We review the APIs of the systems you use, build secure and traceable connections between them and, if needed, write a panel you can use to manage those connections.

We also take care of the infrastructure the software runs on: server setup, domain and SSL, backups, monitoring and updates. We take over projects left behind by other teams too; we first review the code and infrastructure and report clearly on their condition.

What do we do?

  • API integrations

Connections to payment, shipping, SMS, email, accounting, e-invoicing and marketplace systems.

  • Data flow between systems

Data moving automatically between your website, CRM, ERP and accounting, without manual copying.

  • Admin panels

Web-based panels for managing and reporting on the data in your existing system.

  • Automation

Tools that automate repetitive tasks, reporting and notifications.

  • Measurement and analytics

Conversion tracking, event measurement and reporting infrastructure for websites and apps.

  • Server setup and deployment

Setting up and managing servers, domains, SSL, email and deployment processes.

  • Maintenance and monitoring

Security updates, backups, error tracking and performance monitoring.

  • Project takeover

Reviewing, reporting on and continuing development of software left behind by another team.

When do you need it?

If any of these sound familiar, let's talk:

  • Data is moved by hand

Orders, customers or invoices are entered manually from one system into another, and mistakes happen.

  • Off-the-shelf software falls short

The software you use solves part of the job, but a critical step is missing.

  • Your software has no one looking after it

The team or person who built the project no longer provides support; when something breaks, no one can step in.

  • Your infrastructure is a mystery

No one knows where or how your site or app runs, or whether it's being backed up.

How do we work?

  1. Needs and infrastructure analysis

We review your current systems, the data flow and where the problem lies.

  2. Proposed solution

We present in writing what will be done, which systems will be connected and how, and the risks involved, then give you a fixed price.

  3. Development

We develop the solution in a test environment and try it out without touching real data.

  4. Go-live

We move to the live system in a controlled way and monitor it closely during the first days.

  5. Documentation

We put in writing what works and how, so knowledge doesn't depend on a single person.

  6. Maintenance

If you like, we take on updates, backups and monitoring under a monthly maintenance agreement.

What determines the cost?

The cost of custom software and integration work depends on the systems to be connected and the complexity of the job. We first carry out a review, then clarify what will be done and give you a fixed price. For maintenance work, a monthly agreement is available. These are the main factors that determine the price:

  • Systems to connect

How many systems will be integrated and how well their APIs are documented.

  • Data volume

How much data will be moved or processed, and how often.

  • Need for a panel

Whether an interface is needed to manage and report on the integration.

  • State of the existing code

For takeover projects, the condition of the code and infrastructure.

  • Security requirements

Sensitive matters such as personal data, payment details or authorization.

  • Maintenance scope

Expectations for monitoring, backups and response time.

Custom software and integration FAQ

Can you take over our existing project?
Yes. We first review the code and infrastructure and report on their condition. If the project can be built on, we continue development; if not, we recommend a rewrite and explain why.
Which systems can you integrate with?
Almost any system that offers an API or a way to transfer data: payment providers, shipping carriers, SMS and email services, accounting and e-invoicing software, marketplaces and in-house systems.
Do you handle server setup and maintenance?
Yes. We set up servers, domains, SSL and email, and keep up with security updates, backups and monitoring under a monthly maintenance agreement. Accounts can be opened in your name if you wish.
Do you take on small jobs too?
Yes. If a single integration or a small automation saves you hours, it's worth doing. We clarify the scope and give you a fixed price.
How quickly do you respond when an urgent issue comes up?
For projects with a maintenance agreement, the response time is written into the agreement. For other requests, we get back to you the same day.
Do we own the source code and documentation?
Yes, if you wish. The source code and technical documentation of the software we develop can be handed over to you, so the knowledge doesn't depend on us.
