Hospital App

An appointment and patient tracking system that hospitals can use end to end. It brings three sides together in a single structure: patients book appointments and follow their health information in the mobile app, doctors manage their daily work from their own interface, and hospital management oversees the whole process from a web panel.

What was needed?

In hospitals, appointments, reports, medication tracking and communication with doctors are often spread across different channels: patients book by phone, download their reports from somewhere else and struggle to reach their doctor. The goal was to bring these pieces together in one system and simplify the process for both patients and hospital staff.

What we built

Patient app

• SMS-verified sign-in: Patients sign in with their phone number, verify via SMS and complete their profile.
• Appointments: Doctors are listed by specialty; patients pick an available time and book their appointment.
• Reports, medication tracking and health packages are all managed from the same app.
• Specialty assistant: Patients who don't know which department to visit can describe their complaint and get directed. The assistant does not make a diagnosis; it only suggests a department.
• Video calls: Patients and doctors can hold consultations from within the app.

Doctor interface

• Tracking daily appointments and opening slots on the calendar
• Access to patient reports and adding notes after a consultation

Admin panel

• Doctor and patient records, appointment approvals, slot and hour management
• Tracking payments and specialty-based statistics from a single screen

Result

A healthcare app that simplifies the patient experience, organises the doctor's workload and gives management a view of the entire process on a single screen.
