Op. Dr. Özlem Yüksel Coşar

A personal brand website we built for Op. Dr. Özlem Yüksel Coşar, who sees patients in Izmir for ear, nose and throat conditions and facial aesthetics. All treatment areas, from rhinoplasty to eyelid surgery and from otoplasty to endoscopic facelift, are gathered in an illustrated catalogue, and each treatment opens onto its own detail page.

What was needed?

In aesthetics and ENT, patients research for a long time before deciding: they want to know how a treatment is performed, how experienced the physician is and what the process looks like. The site needed to present a long list of treatments clearly, explain each treatment individually and reflect the physician's approach that "a treatment plan the patient doesn't understand is not a good plan."

What we built

• Treatment catalogue: Rhinoplasty, facial aesthetics, otoplasty, lip lift, eyelid surgery, endoscopic facelift and other treatments are listed with illustrated cards.
• Treatment detail pages: Each treatment is explained on its own page, a structure that also lets every treatment be found separately in search engines.
• Physician profile: Education, expertise and approach are described in a tone that builds patient trust.
• FAQ and blog: The questions patients have are answered through an FAQ section and blog posts.
• Appointment requests: Available from every page of the site.
• Responsive design: The treatment catalogue is easy to browse on a phone as well.

Result

A physician website that makes a broad range of treatments easy to understand, explains each one on its own page and guides patients towards booking an appointment.
